Because home ownership requires transparency, we begin with an initial consultation. During this consultation, we discuss both your vision and your financial situation. In doing so, we are able to establish and execute a plan which will be the first milestones in your purchasing experience. 

For those interested in applying for an FHA loan, applicants are now required to have a minimum FICO score of 580 to qualify for the low down payment advantage, which is currently at around 3.5 percent. If your credit score is below 580, however, you aren’t necessarily excluded from FHA loan eligibility.

However, through my experiences I have observed that most lenders require a credit score of 620 or above to grant a loan.

Lender’s require of 2 years consecutive work history.

Yes, however your bankruptcy must be dischared for 2 years prior to applying for a loan.
